After seeing her own barn manager juggle care records, communication, and billing by hand, Erin recognized a familiar problem—and a solvable one. The right technology already exists in other industries. With deep knowledge of HR tech and other service-based systems, she knew barns needed tools built with the same care and clarity.
rHerd was created to close that gap.
